'Mumpower E-Express' Leaves the Station |

11th District Congressional candidate, Carl Mumpower, has announced his intentions to use email lists as a primary campaign strategy. Titled, the "Mumpower E-Express", the effort embraces the past successes of liberal bloggers and conservative talk show hosts in bypassing high cost advertising in favor of direct contacts with the voters. "Dollars matter in this campaign, but I am not going to get lost in that game", says Mumpower. "One way to be a serious candidate is to send out regular communications and ask everyone to copy their permitted email lists."
